For the last year or two, every month a recruiter will call me asking me if I am interested in a technical job at GDOT. Either their turn over is ridiculous or they are unable to fill any positions. Now if I get a call asking if I want to work at GDOT, I say no thanks and hang up.

This is a true piece of s*** Department. When they're doing construction they will literally have you held up for hours on end so that they can put outPoems. It's almost like they hold up traffic while they lay the road. On any given day when there's construction you can easily make a 20 minute trip turn into 2 hours no problem. I'm literally late everyday. I work 15 minutes away at this point I'm leaving 2 hours ahead of time because of the construction. I hate it here

WARNING for non-residents of Georgia! Georgia’s Express Lanes apparently require a Georgia transponder, without any signs, warnings, or information about the required transponder for out-of-state people to know about it. Instead of the expected $2.15 toll, we out-of-state people received a surprise additional $25 no-transponder fee. Not only that, we never received a bill, because for out-of-state, it was sent directly to a Collection Agency 18 weeks after the Express Lane was used. When we inquired about this to several places in Georgia, we were ignored. Georgia is unfriendly towards out-of-state people, and we will no longer spend our tourist dollars there.

As a Georgia resident it's completely embarrassing to drive from interstate 20 Eastbound to merge on to I-285, there is so much garbage and debris on the side of the highway it looks like a warzone. It's totally unacceptable especially when you see projects happening for millions of dollars (probably a billon) on the North side of town. Do better GDOT! You are all we have!

Thank you for responding. Is it possible to see the video from an accident?
It depends on where it is. It could be maintained by the local city/county transportation department. Try contacting your county transportation department first. If you contact GDOT you will need to have a specific location so they can get you to the right entity. Hope this helps!
Call the main office, let them know you need the number to the district office for what ever county you live in. Then you can inform that local office of the issue.
They would have to contact the local GDOT office.
They are not unfortunately.
No. GDOT offices are closed on federal holidays.
Contact the local police department.
Your vehicle license plate registration? That is handled by the Georgia Department of Revenue, not DOT. https://dor.georgia.gov/renew-license-plate-registration I don't believe there is any grace period either. If you are driving with an expired registration you risk getting a ticket and you'll be paying a late fees when you do register.
Contact the GDOT district office (first find out which district this is in) for assistance.
You would need to contact gdot district 7 office or the contractor performing the work.
Contact the GDOT district 7 office
