I hate to say it but no matter what restaurant you go to fast food or otherwise you always have to check your food before you leave sorry it's not the answer you're looking for.
Nothing different on our orders, we live very close by to & have always loved the food & service. Had a problem a few months ago with orders & then it was really good again. Was strange to have the orders messed up 2 nights in a row. Hoping it will improve again
