The drive through was fairly quick, and service with a smile. This was our first time eating at a Culver's, we got a chicken sandwich and patty melt. Their wasn't much flavor to the food. Culver's is marketed as a higher quality fast food place. However we were disappointed in the foods taste.

We ordered pickup, and when we got home, we realized that we were missing our fries and onion rings. So I went back, and the greeter at the door quickly asked me what the issue was and immediately moved to fix the problem. No restaurant is perfect. It's how they handle mistakes that shows their true caliber. Highly recommended.

Service dog is allowed inside. You can have your dog outside as long as it is leashed
Yes they are pet friendly. You're allowed to bring your animals in the outside seating area the only animals allowed inside are service animals.
