I paid for the Gold Service. My first time there. My pickup didn't get clean, windshield, hood, grill and the nooks and crannies. The DIY vacuum worked great.

If you go to either their Facebook page or https://gateexpresscarwash.com#services - there is a contact for the carwash facility you use. Give them a call to cancel. ^_^

Why can't you help someone that enters your wash with a vehicle in perfect shape and then "Sea Lawyer" your way out of paying for the damage after a panel is hanging off the vehicle?

Same happened to me. My side mirror got ripped off and I had to go buy one off ebay. Luckily it was only $20 but definitely very weary about going to this location again.
