If you pick a time that it is not busy. When I went the waitress sat us by the kitchen. So it was a bit noisy. As far as kids being welcomed. It all depends upon the atmosphere your going for. The space has comforting lighting and I am not sure its a restaurant kids would be able to be kids and be loud. But this also depends on how you define "child friendly". I did not see a child menu.
Yes as long as you control your kids & don't let them run around.
It's kid friendly but the restaurant isn't big so it's a bit tight with a high chair.
