The booking was for 1-3, and first the representative said it would be by 3 they would arrive latest. They did not arrive until 430. No one called to confirm the move the day before or day off, so of course I have to call to confirm. They told me I had the driver would call on the way and the drivers never did. The representative on the phone said he won’t connect me to the drivers to give instructions on how to get to the unit because I called too many times to check up on ETA when they were 3 hours late already! My loading dock was closing for the building being weekend evening, and the movers were unprofessionally late, not offering reschedule or refund, not apologizing for being late. It was a very frustrating experience. I DO NOT recommend. Highly frustrating and unprofessional experience. I am still waiting, and they are still not here. I have moved a lot around the world, and this is by far the worst experience ever. I don’t know if I will get my furniture in my home at this rate, and just waste of my time and few hundred dollars. Unacceptable.

They are scammers. They gave a very good price quote and asked to pay immediately the deposit by check and bank transfer. I was little suspicious and later when I said I can pay deposit by credit card, he said NO, I told okay I can transfer by paypal, he said NO, he said credit card and paypal are fraud!

Everyone we dealt with, the owners, office staff and movers, were always professional and friendly. We had most of our belongings in storage for several months while we were remodeling our house and everything was returned to us in great shape. Would definitely recommend!

The time starts when the movers get to your door, but we do have a standard 1-hour travel time that’s tacked on at the end of the move (this 1 hour is for the time to drive to your location and back to our office).
You have a choice to pack your own items or you can have our professional movers pack and label all your items (we do charge extra for materials).

If you need to cancel your move, then we advise you to do so as soon as you find out. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy: you must let us know about your cancellation 48 hours before your moving date.

You lock in a moving date by calling our office and placing a deposit with one of our customer representatives.
Yes – Under the movers law we are required to insure your items for 60 cents per pound per article for any material that is transported. However you can purchase additional insurance from companies such as MovingInsurance.com or Baker Moving insurance.

Yes – TriState Moving and Storage is open 24/7. Although our offices are closed on Sundays, our trucks are operating and moving every day of the week.
