Happened to me. They have a lost-and-found on the first floor. You can get yourself a ticket ahead of timeb to skip back in, but if you don't have time, just do through security and when you get to the person who takes your ticket, explain you were just in and need to check lost-and-found, and they should let you in.
Call them until you get a hold of them
I'm not sure what to tell you... We had the same problem. I called a few times but got nowhere. I'd recommend just being persistent in calling and getting a hold of some sort of management or Administrative Office. Let me know if you have any luck.
