Yes. This is a new facility only recently opened. We were there only a few weeks ago. Beautiful.
I was there in June. Not only it does exist but is is also brand new and very beautiful. It is a great place to visit. If I am not wrong they open at 10 and close at 5.

It's under s year old, i was there just last week, so yes it most definitely exist and not remotely close to being "shut down". Not sure what number you're calling, but might wanna double check your resources.
