Will there be an Ark of the Covenant and will the lid be sealed just in case?

I don't think so. At most, there will be like a picture, drawing, or painting of some sort. I really doubt that there will be one, but don't take my word for it.

I didn't see even a replica when I was there last. If you remember it is in that Gov't warehouse in that wooden crate (end of Raiders of the Lost Ark). ;)
