No

If the snacks are for a young child, then you may be able to bring the snacks with you. Otherwise I would advise against bringing food into the Museum of the Bible. I didn't when I made the trip a couple of weeks ago. They do have really good food options in the museum depending on your budget.

Keep in mind that food is available at two locations in the museum. They x-ray bags, but do not look inside them directly.

I would advise against bringing your own snack. There are signs that say no food. All bags are scanned. They do have areas where you can eat.

They will check your bag.
