They said that I still need to pay for the shipping fee , because they will issue me a checked and they sent me picture of the cheque I'm contacting the bank through email the person reach out to me sent me the link and I'm still in contact with them now , they said the final procedure is to pay the shipping fee so they can sent the cheques through diplomatic courier the person reach out to me said that he is the manager if the presidential bank of Maryland Bethesda he's name is John McGuire and the name of the diseased person that I will inherit is Pearl Marie Afdal.
When I already fill up the form they said that I need to pay a 420$ to transfer the money in my bank account or if don't pay is I need to come to their branch.

Imelda Marie Guinobang and now they asked me to pay for the charges of 410$ or here in the Philippines cost of 20thousand plus. Is it legit or someone scammed me? Is Brett Henry Flanagan is legit branch manager of Maryland Presidential Bank? Who is this Micheal J. Carr? Is he the Executive Vice President of Presidential Bank Maryland? As I search their names. I found out that Brett Henry Flanagan is a doctor and this Micheal J. Carr is a book autor. Who are they?
