I offer individual, couples, and group psychotherapy to adults 18 and over. I also provide sex therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Daring Greatly™ Weekend Intensives. I also offer clinical supervision to other therapists.

My fees are: $275/ 45 minute session $350/ 60 minute session $350/ Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) $140/ Group Therapy

Because I believe in a client’s right to privacy regarding health issues, I do not accept any insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider. I provide you a monthly billing statement with all the necessary information to submit to your insurance company.

If you are planning to seek reimbursement with you insurance company, I suggest you call them before scheduling your first session to determine your out-of-network benefits. You may need to ask the following questions: 1. Is there an out-of-network deductible to meet? 2. Is there a limit on how many sessions per year? 3. What is their “allowable, reasonable, or customary rate” for individual, couples, or group psychotherapy? (This is usually lower than my fee.) 4. You may need to supply them with the CPT procedure codes to assess benefits. These are: 90834: individual therapy, 90847: couples therapy, or 90853: group therapy.

I see clients in-person in my office in Bethesda and virtually using Doxy, a secure and HIPAA compliant online platform.

Yes, I require that my clients be vaccinated and boosted in order to be seen in-person.

Yes. My office has a convenient elevator located at 4940 Hampden Lane.

This is a hard question to answer, but therapy can range from 8 sessions to several years. We will work together to determine your goals for therapy and assess from there.

Yes! I bring my small hypoallergenic dog and co-therapist, Cooper, to work with me every day.
