Applying at Meridian on First is easy! All you need to do is go online, select the apartment you're interested in and apply. You will be required to pay a $75 application fee in addition to a $500 move in fee. (We are currently crediting the move in fee back to the second full month's rent.) Applicants need to provide proof of income.
