Yes, submit your request on the MyChart app or website and ask them to call you if the request can't be answered in a reply message. There are times when they simply don't answer the phones.

I agree. I have had the same problem with them for years. The doctors and nursing staff there are excellent, first-rate. Put the Office of Management and administration is terrible and has been for a very long time. Seems like it's even worse now.
You're better off using the app. I get answers quickly. They don't answer the telephone.
