It pains me to see some of the reviews written here. I have worked here since July 2021, and I haven't had one negative experience. In my 36 years, I have never worked anywhere that showed such altruism and poured so much into appreciating its employees. Thank you so much for this career opportunity. It has been a Godsend for my children and me!

I am sorry to read all of the negative experiences people have had with Carahsoft, this company has changed my life. I was recruited, like many others out of college. Between amazing co-workers, great benefits, growing industry, frequent raises, and encouraging incentives, I could not ask for a better company to work at. This job had allowed me to buy my first home, propose the the woman of my dreams, start a family, I cannot thank Craig and everyone at Carahsoft enough. Don't believe all the negativity you read :)

Worst experience I have had throughout the interview process with the recruiter, Kristin. If I could put zero stars I would. I’m usually not the one to leave bad reviews, but people should know about this. She never responded to my emails or phone calls after the initial phone screen interview and I had to call her myself during our phone screen. She just completely ghosted me and wasted my time. If you’re eagerly looking for positions, I would recommend looking elsewhere and not waste your time with this company. I know other people who have also had bad experiences with the recruiters.
