I had the same problem. Called to cancel my appointment and no one answered the phone. And then, they told me I should pay a no show fee. I could not cancel the appointment because no one answered the phone!!! Are you kidding me!!!
This used to be a well run practice, but their current office staff have greatly harmed them... put bluntly, they have become rude and incompetent. On the up side, their medical personnel are still top notch, they just need to replace key office staff, starting with their office manager! 2022 update: problems solved, all better.
I was just on hold for over an hour and no one answered the phone. This is ridiculous. This place has become more concerned about hitting metrics for reimbursement and certifications than taking care of patients. It's really sad.
