What happens if you purchase a bird from there, and it gets sick or starts to die, do you take it to a vet or to the place i purchased the bird ?

I believe TC Feathers recommends Pender but i take my african grey to SEAVS and trust them fully. Please see an avian vet and don't let the bird suffer. Settle up with TC Feathers afterwards or during.
