UPDATED REVIEW: previously 5 stars. Gone downhill a lot. I get the filet mignon and scallop hibachi everytime I go. Recently, the cuts of meat are very fatty and no longer of the quality you expect for $38. It was still cooked perfectly, but the meat itself was worse than discount grocery store. Also, they start mopping the floors over an hour before close so you have to deal with harsh cleaner stinking up entire restaurant right when your food is ready to eat. I said something to the waitress, however she didn't respond with anything other than "sorry." Feels like a waste of $120 for dinner date that could have been spent elsewhere.

Great food. Nice atmosphere. Includes soup, salad, and ice cream. Chairs seats could have a pad... very hard wood. Not all the table chefs are equal. Some are better than others.

Hibachi dinner in Chantilly with several options to choose from. Employees were really friendly and accommodating to our 7 person group. It seemed to take a while before our chef came to our table, but once he arrived the food finished quickly. I chose the hibachi chicken and shrimp. It comes with grilled veggies, lo mein, fried rice and the protein. Fried rice and lo mein were delicious. Really flavorful and you are provided 3 sauces to use. Both the chicken and shrimp weren't seasoned very well in my opinion. All that was used was salt and pepper and I usually enjoy more flavorful protein. It was cooked well but I wish there was at least some kind of spice to it. Other people at my table ordered the steak option and asked for medium rare, but got medium-well to well-done steak. It was very chewy and not the temperature we asked for. Although our cook was friendly and did all the fun tricks that you get for hibachi, the food itself could have been better.

People are more spread out at hibachi tables and staff are wearing masks.
Maybe late answer for the question, but can seat about 14 adults comfortably across two connected hibachi stations. About 7 adults can chat comfortably on a single station.
