The Preserve has been home for us while the Pandemic started. We were pushed back a little as everyone was trying to figure things out. But my opinions from then to now haven’t changed. The staff is not only Professional but they’re very Personable and friendly. There’s many times when I needed help or explaining that they were there for me. It made me feel like I wasn’t just a number. Honestly I can say they aren’t there to just collect rent. They listen to concerns and when you are having hard times and draw up plans to work with you. During the Pandemic to even now. Their Goals and Values haven’t changed. The facility is very clean including all the Amenities. The Amenities reach from a broad range of a game room, a gym with multiple varieties of equipment, to an amazing pool that also has a hot tub, let’s not forget about the Barista bar they have in the mornings if you’re interested in a nice drink. But the Amenities aren’t the only thing that’s a shining gem. They have HIIT classes and all kinds of programs. The communication between the staff and their Tenants is very stream line. Of the years we’ve lived here I haven’t hard a time where I was like I didn’t know about that? Or I didn’t see that email. Their communication is very clear and straight forward. Another thing that’s very nice about Northwood Raven is their ways of paying rent. We utilize a application and it makes paying rent very easy and straight forward. If I’ve ever had questions about rent or a concern. They’ve always answered it in a timely fashion. With this application you can also schedule maintenance or work that has to be done within your unit. It’s super easy and you aren’t put on a waiting list. They get back to you within 1-2 days, sometimes hours. Receiving Mail at this location is simple and easy. We all have mail slots within the building. If you receive a package it’s stored within the preserves Luxor holding system. It’s simple and easy. You get a number code or a QR code to scan to receive your package. They are also willing to work with you on storing your package in the Luxor till you can pick it up. Packages can’t be left for long. But the point is they work with you. They’re also set up for HelloFresh and other grocery settings and makes shopping and picking up after work super easy. Parking is very nice at this location. There’s free parking around the building or you can pay to park in the parking garage. The garage is fairly spacious and many spots to park on each floor. They also have guest parking at the very top without a roof for Guest parking. This location is very pet friendly. It has a dog park as well as a few walking trails around a very big pond. All animals I’ve seen here love this place and have a great time meeting each other. The community of pet owners here are great. Very friendly and understanding of what’s going on. Like most places you are required to pick up after you pet. But that’s something we should be doing anyway right? What’s great too about a community that loves pets? They have their own Pet Spa and have Pet events scheduled every now and then! The community is very friendly. Since we’ve lived here we haven’t had any issues with other members. Everyone seems to be very understanding and is willing to work with each other if there’s a problem. This place also has on sight storages you can purchase if you need extra space to store items. It’s very economically friendly for what you pay a month to the space you get for storage. Other than all this. Another reason we and many others love this location is strictly because of its location. You’re near Sedona Tap house which offers many amazing varieties of drinks and spirits not to mention their food, is so good. You’re around the Police station as well as a shopping complex just down the road that houses a Wegmans! Honestly to sum it up. Amazing staff, clean facilities and pet friendly as well as an amazing location. What more could you ask for right? Currently they’re building another building right next door.

Preserve at Westfield is such a beautiful property! The amenities, floor plans, and service is always up to par, would definitely recommend. Big shout out to Bailee, she’s a great asset to the company, she’s always professional, helpful and sincere, thank you for always giving me a great experience 😊

My experience may not be what you encounter but here is some info of my time at this apartment building. The amenities, are OK but not worth the cost to me. 1. I submitted my application for an unit on the second about 2 months in advance but when the actual date of move in came they said that the unit was no longer available and the only one that was available at the price was on the first floor. Forst red flag but since I just gave notice to my old apartment I let it slide. 2. The apartment building is cheaply made. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything, other residents arguing and the people above you when they are moving around if you are on the first floor. 3. There is a privacy issue in terms of how the apartment's units are built. Units on the higher floors can see straight into your unit if you are on the first floor. 4. Had plumbing issues the first month that I moved in. 5. They try to charge you extra fees. Received multiple emails saying that I was in violation for having things on my balcony but I can see multiple apartments on the higher floors with things outside and doubt that they fined them. I cannot have plan to or plant pots on my balcony. I complied and brought them in and they still sent an email saying that I was in violation weeks later. When I called they apologized saying that it was sent in error. I believe that they would have charged the fee if I was not paying attention. 6. The parking garage is a Harvard like another review posted. People speed in there around corners and no visibility is there. They also let the police and tow trucks in nightly to search cars. 7. Cellular service is atrocious in the building. Pretty much had to connect to my wifi to make and receive calls. 8. The price jump in rent is ridiculous especially in times of high inflation. Rent went from 1.8 to about 2.1k which is base rent. They still charge for the parking garage, trash collection and you pay a portion of the total water bill. All in all, I would not recommend renting from here. Your experience may be different but putting this out there.
