Can you pop a tent where there is electric and water available, or is that exclusive to RVs and campers?

You can tent w/elec etc. Not sure of cost

Yes, that's actually what we did. Two tents and two vehicles in our space. And it all fit very well. Plus they supplied a burn bit and picnic table.
