Not sure but at Ybor Alvarez fields the county has a cardboard recycle area, as well as parking lot d in downtown fernandina the city has a recycle area.
I work at NNR... We only recycle metal. cans, Car batteries, steel, appliances etc. Thank you James Branch and thank you everybody who recycles!
