I have friendly neighbors, it is very quiet and I don't have any noise complaints - maintenance is always quick if needed and they are very friendly - no problems at all. I really enjoy living here and the only downside, if you can even call it that, is that I don't have a porch that I can sit on - my porch really isn't big enough to sit outside for an extended time. That's really all though - everything else here is great. I love it.

Just awful customer service. My daughter has been on the waitlist list since last March. They need to stop putting people on a “list.” They had no problem calling her to make sure she gave all of her deposits to so call hold her place. No one will even call her back now. The only reason this place has 3 stars is because they give there current tenants points to say good things about them and leave reviews.

Beautiful place! Although I don't live here my sister does I still think it's a nice neighborhood it also has a water front view for some, the pool is not to deep just how I like, the park is also a nice little place to bring your kids and if I can remember they had a computer room and gym area not sure if it's open or closed due to COVID-19.
