Doggone it... we live OTB, but are determined to enjoy island. One of the best ways to immerse ourselves and meet fun-loving locals is buying tickets to new comedy play at Amelia Community Theatre. Wow, packed in one rainy night in town, dinner at Baxter's, comedy play, and Danny's Cinnamon Bear ice cream cones. The OTB newbies can't be all bad for island's economy to thrive. LOL.

Debbie, our holiday show is called "The Game's Afoot or Holmes for the Holidays." It is a comedy/mystery written by Ken Ludwig, set in 1936 with a Sherlock Holmes theme. Dates are November 29-30, December 1, 6-9, and 13-15. All 8 PM, except the Dec. 9 matinee at 2 PM. Hope to see you! Rated PG-13

Our musical theatre campers, ages 8-17, will present the one hour junior version of Mary Poppins at 7 p.m. on Friday, June 29 and 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 30. All tickets are $10. Thanks for your interest.

Depending on the type of concert, i would wear business casual. Id recommend at least a collared button up with slacks and dress shoes, but you could probably dress down from there if you wanted.
