I currently live here and the new landlord is very sweet and helpful. They’ve fixed the very few problems I’ve had quickly so far! The only thing is that you can hear a lot from outside, but that’s not a deal breaker.

If you are on this property during business hours & the property manager doesn't recognize you, she will approach you & ask you to leave & then threaten to call the police. If you don't listen to her, she have her 290 lbs boyfriend physically impose you, but he is stupid & doesn't know that means he is threatening you.
