If you're here to pick up paper you do not have to have a TWIC card it says that you do on the fence but do not freak out you actually are going to go down North 2nd Street after you go across scale, there are four docks available if your jockey's pulling trailers are in your way it makes it kind of hard for you to get back then otherwise hourto hour and 15 minutes in and out.
