Wheelchairs are available at the Jungle Wheels shop at the Zoo or the Shark Reef Cafe on the main plaza at the Aquarium for $10 for an all-day rental. Wheelchairs are available on a very limited basis, first-come, first-served. To ensure your comfort during your visit, we strongly recommend that you bring your own wheelchair. ECVs (electronic scooters) are available for $30 at the Zoo only, plus a $100 refundable deposit. Single strollers are $10, double strollers are $12.

I'd go with Joseph's answer, seem right. We took our own wagons and baby carriage, we were there a lot longer then 15minutes though I'll tell you that. Could get expensive!

$10, 15 minutes or so.
