Bad experience here. I am from out-of-town, and I realized that I forgot my bike helmet. I rushed to get to this store before closing, so that I could to buy a helmet, before going for a ride at dusk. I made it to the store 12 minutes before the 6PM close. Or so I thought. The employees were all exiting, and told me that they were closed. In general, I greatly prefer to give my business to stores that keep their posted hours. I could have easily gone to REI or another shop, if I knew they were going to be closed before their posted time. I went out of my way to go to that store, and they wasted my time by not sticking to posted hours.

Keep trying to like this shop because of the location but it’s tough. Took my Santa Cruz in for a dropper seat issue - told them it might need a line bleed. The service guy at the counter said “there’s no way that’s the issue - needs a new dropper post or total rebuild without touching the bike.” Well I left and had the line bled at sport systems- everything working great now.

Employees are nice. They are helpful. Nice looking shop. Service quotes always seem reasonable and when you go pick your bike up it has always been quite a bit more. Had a fork warranty done and when I got it back and took on a technical trail, the handle bars came a little loose and Rotated and I fell hard. Check your torque settings when you get your stuff back I guess.
