I am 100% completely satisfied almost with Petco! I went last time and prices were a little high but that's what happens when we're in a recession I guess. I just hope that they have more savings next time because animals are better than people

Ordered two products for same day delivery. They delivered the wrong product. I was told to call doordash when I called the store. When I called doordash they told me that they don’t package the order, so I have to call the store. Which is correct, so I called the store again and finally they agree to find an another dasher to deliver the correct product, and collect the wrong product from me, but the dasher dropped the package at my door and did not asked for return package. I called the store again and they told me that I need to talk to the store manager and put me on hold for 35 minutes. I’m still on hold while I’m writing this review. I’m waiting because I don’t want them to charge me twice. This is really disappointing.

We just went to check out the ferrets, and the employees were very nice and helpful. Sadly they only had one ferret, so he was a bit lonely

Kelly did a fantastic job grooming my (very fluffy) dog! She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable at all times. He came home looking the best he ever has, and seemed to have a comfortable and stress-free time during the actual grooming. We will definitely be back the next time he needs to be groomed!
