Yes, the last time I did will call was earlier in 2017 and I had to show my ID at the will call window
The last time we did will call (about a month ago) the new process was they take the ticket from your phone in the regular line. The email said to go to the box office window, and staff told us the email was wrong. With this process no ID was required.
