I am not sure to be honest but they seemed a little more relaxed about the rules and not so obsessed with profit. Honestly I really liked this venue and it felt like an authentic punk rock scene. I would call ahead to be sure.

My ticket was a qr code from the website when purchased; I didn't have an actual ticket. I bookmarked the site with the ticket info but I also took a screenshot of the website ticket. I used the screenshot when they scanned and it worked fine. I imagine if you sold your ticket and just gave them the qr code, it would work just fine. Good luck.

We were just there on 10.17.17 and unlike the normal way of getting the will call tickets from their box office, they took them right from our phones in the regular line to get in. They said this is the new process. Our email still said to go to the window, however.

You can get them prior or the last time we were there (10.17.17), they were scanning them from phones. It was confusing because the email said we needed to go to the will call window still, but it was incorrect.
