Trying to call the post office but phone has been busy for a couple of hours. I need to speak to the manager about one or your carriers delivering my package to the wrong address

I've tried calling for a couple weeks straight and could never get through and when i went in to talk to a manager they never came out to see me just left me waiting for almost two hours. I finally got pissed and left.

It happens to me a lot, you must go in. You'll be lucky if you ever get through.
