The service has defintely improved. I will give them that.
Your talking about the McDonald's on Happy Valley and Lake Pleasant? Yes that place sucks, if you have to go there please don't leave without checking your food order first, unbelievable as this may sound but they have improved a little.
last week I went thru the drive thru and they wouldn't say anything so I said hello hello so I drove thru lol and told the lady I was talking to you but you couldn't hear me she answers I was helping someone else you need to be patient omg really rude!!!and yes the service haven't been that great lately!
It seems that they have a problem with staff turnaround.
By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Cold food, bad service and wrong orders are the norm.
