Went through drive thru, ordered just six sandwiches two with egg, had to repeat my order 4 times had the shift manager help the guy at drive thru and still got the order wrong. I think the worker was high because he was like dude what did ya order ummmmm wow say it again? Lol worst experience yet with this Burger king

I typically go here for a quick lunch while at work or to grab a snack before I start my shift as it's close to where I work. However the service is extremely slow and the past 2 times I went the messed up my order of a larger fry and a drink. I received either a small fry or a medium fry despite ordering and paying for a large. I understand mistakes happen but for me to not receive the correct order after confirming it with the employee at the window twice seems wrong. I don't know if the employees are new or not but they also tend to seem confused most of the time.

Sign says they’re understaffed up forever now (ie they don’t pay employees a living wage and can’t retain talent). Shake machine down. Kids chocolate milk discontinued. Line slow, food cold. Awful.

Worse Burger King I've ever gone to. Not only do they mess up your order but refuse to fix it. They also let people steal your food and give you a hard time when trying to get what you paid for as if their poor control of purchased food is your fault. I hope the owners lose their franchise rights because they are ruining the Burger King name.
