There is an older lady that works in the pharmacy she had a tag over her name so I cannot see her name but she was extremely rude. I tried to ask a couple questions she was extremely short with her answers and side very hard. I told her I needed needles for my husband I had the needles I needed she acted like it was a chore to go get them I told her I needed an over-the-counter insulin she acted put out that she had to go get another insulin out of the refrigerator. She did not say thank you or have a nice day. Sam Walton would roll over in his grave if he knew how his stores were being run these days. I am uploading my receipt hopefully if anyone even looks at these reviews they will be able to see the name of the old lady that was extremely rude.

Always impressed with those location. There was staff in the departments I was shopping in. They were all very helpful and friendly. And best part is no lines! A cashier actually came up to me and I was super stoked. There only unfortunate thing that happened was another customer cut in line behind me so my dad whip had a separate basket went to the self checkout.

Not everyone wants to do self checkout especially on Sunday, get some cashiers open! When there’s so many people that block the whole entire aisle cross the front of the store and each line is about six deep it’s time to open more registers. Not to mention the shelves are blown nobody’s doing any stocking, you can’t reach stuff in the dairy department cause nobody can even get in there and push the stuff forward, you guys need to step up your game!

This review is specifically about the Pharmacy at Lake Pleasant Pkwy & Deer Valley. This is a first class operation of professionals for one reason. It is obvious that they care about their jobs, their roles and have a well oiled machine going. They don't let each other down (one exception but she is not worth hurting the rest). It is getting rare to find people, let alone a well balanced team, that actually care about their service delivery, and have very good customer service skills. If I was Walmart, I would either designate this as a training center, or video for younger, less customer experienced new hires as an orientation tool. A good mix of experienced and up and coming talent there. All top notch. Matthew, Jay and Gilbert helped me tonight, as they have many times before. Great people, team and service at this Walmart Pharmacy. First class operation. Recommended.
