My family came here for lunch, my littles went to the playroom where we were going to eat. All the tables were dirty I couldn't sit in there. 🤢 They messed up our order and forgot to give us a 2nd patty on our burger. When we told the cashier maria, she told him he was wrong and he didn't order that. So we had to show the receipt to the rude worker. when she saw she was wrong there was no apology. He came and sat down who wants to talk to someone like that she was rude. She asked him if he wanted another patty or give back the messed up order. We already wanted to leave at this point and should have. She then Brought out the patty that looked old. We will not be returning to a place that has no respect for the guest dirty, rude and gross food. And my husband is throwing up because of the nasty burger. Get it together Carl's Jr.

Went to Carl's Jr order a double guac burger. They wasted my time the least they could have done was remake the burger I had already paid for. I guess to them this was rectifying their mistake smh. Will not be eating here again.

Friday July 1 2022. It's 8:00 p.m. and the doors are locked and my family and I can't even dine in to eat. The door says open till 11:00 p.m. and your website also States dine-in at this time. You guys need to update your door and your website for no dine-in at this time. very disappointing.

Underrated fast food restaurant chain. Their burgers are better than McDs or BK. About the same as Wendys but with their receipt promo offer is a much better value.
