Im sorry for your bad experiences. Did you guys call once you found out there was issues with your order(s)? I did and they rectified my issues.
McDonald's in general and this location in particular fail consistently to provide accurate orders, we'll made, fresh food, and courteous customer service. My daughter begged to go to this McDonald's this past weekend. I am past ordering their sandwiches as I have never received one that was fresh, what I ordered, or not smashed. I instead ordered her a Happy Meal and simply ordered a large fry for myself. I received a large fry that was half empty and cold. There was no one else in the drive thru. There was no rush. They just gave me old, cold food.
haha if you consider smashed old burgers great service...
