Some of it is paved. There are roads in the park people bike on but most is not paved.
Some is paved. Both sider attract walkers or hikers, one side attracts people on bike. But the gravel to the dirt or slight rock road is smooth on the bottom level
There is a nice path at the namans rd entrance at Thompson bridge
