For what i know i do not know because i drive. I know the beach is 45 min. Away and the mall is 20 min. Away. Hope this helps some

Yes. The stores are on Rt 13 & by car it’s 5 min but depending what you want it could be a 15 min car ride. I’ve never seen anyone walk to go off the grounds.
