Had a pretty sub-par experience. It’s seems like the staff does not care. The check ups that were done seem like something anybody can do. Two questions were asked and then a COVID test was done. And for the cherry on top, the COVID test cost us $266 and we were prescribed $40 ibuprofen.

Long wait times, staff can be impersonal like you are inconvenient to them. Only one or two people seem as they care or enjoy their jobs.

Went there about 2 days ago for a extreme pain/hearing loss in my right ear. Got there at 6pm and they close at 7:30. Sat waiting for and hour and 30 minutes, just to get called back and someone only look in my ear. They said it was full with a very hard ball of wax. Since they were closing, they didn’t want to irrigate or scoop out any of the wax. Gave me a ear drops prescription that isn’t covered by insurance and said to come back in 5 days to get it scooped. I’ve already gone 6 days without being able to hear, coming to this place was me begging for the wax to be removed. Needless to say I went somewhere else and they immediately took care of it. The staff is very Friendly but they don’t want to treat you if it’s close to closing time. Do not recommend them. Go to Eden hill walk in.

Waited an hour and 15 mins to be seen with just a few people in the waiting room when we arrived. Only 2 patients were called in a hour. The front desk staff are very nice but there is no communication about the wait once you hand in paperwork. This is not the first time the wait has been ridiculously long here and the “no wait time given” signs indicate you shouldn’t even ask how much longer it will be. Rough when you’re not feeling well. This is certainly not a healing environment… it feels more like a poorly run factory.

They suck at taking care of anyone honestly, I don't think it matters what age, race or whatever you are, they are very much lacking the professional respect they need to be even a slightly good walk-in. After I posted this review the situation got worse as I continued to wait and then get seen.. I would never suggest going there. For infants I would suggest seeing their primary care doctor.. I'm still at the age where I can go to a pediatrician (I'm 18) and I would say Bright Future in Camden by Caesar Rodney High School is an amazing pediatrician. But they are primary an appointment required place but, as far as I know they take walk ins before 9am.. happy to answer more questions
