Kent County does not charge any addition site fee for fishing within any of its parks. However, a valid fishing license is required per Delaware Code for any fishing activity.
There is no pond or stream within Big Oak Park! Delaware does require freshwater fishing license, tho'. Pick one up at any bait shop or Sporting Goods. Incl. Wal Marts (sic) ; )
