Call the lost and found office
Call the regular Metro Access number to the call center that you call to set up your trips and ask them to research your trip time and see what vehicle you where on and they will call that base to see if the driver found it and turned it in to the base. If your item was found , the representative will then book you a trip to that base of operations to retrieve your item. Hope this helps and good luck.
