Merto Access Customer Service is so terrible & nasty & rude to to customers all I ask was ask them to give me new ID card because my card was expired. That’s all said then go say you have to wait 21 days when drop the application date so now I won’t be using them anymore…

Not the best place to work if you are the type of person to actually follow Manager's direction. I was fired for something my manager told me to do and she told Q&A that she did not instruct me to continue setting the appointment. I was not able to understand what the customer was requesting. Regardless of the recording of how I sound, it's the fact that I was lied on to make sure they didn't lost their job. So much for the "we are a family" hype.
