Depends if you are seasonal or permanent. Permanent is approx. 365/month and seasonal is $3000/ year. Water is included on both.
They have about 35 lots full time all year wster sewage $365 month trash included
depend if ur in all year or half year , I think all year is $350 a month an half year they shut off ur water in November is $3000, $2500 if u pay in 1 payment
