If you stay all year long then you must be in permanent section which costs approx. $500 per month. In seasonal sections you can't live in camper for more than six months straight. Plus you can go to camper any time of year. It's just that the water is off from Thanksgiving to usually beginning of March. But there is one bath house that stays open all year round. It is near middle of campground. The cost for permanent and sectional is by ground rental only. Sectional rent is approx. $ 2700 paid monthly in first six months of year. Plus a $400 winter storage fee due at end of October.

Seasonal lot for April 1 until the end of November unless there is a cold freeze price is approximately $2,800. Camper must be fully insured
They do have yearly sights. I am in seasonal section. I have no idea what yearly rentals cost.
