What do you do when the delivery man lies, claimed he was not able to deliver your package!
We have an accessible entry with a door phone, to get in to our building.
An other option is to drop that package under all the mail boxes at the entry hall

If he's unwilling to leave it where you live, you should just pick it up from the post office. But then that makes you have to go out of your way because the delivery man is to lazy to actual do his job. If you know his name I would tell them what happened. Hope it gets fixed.
