Came here to get a click and ship label printed because my printer wasn’t working. After waiting in line for 20 ministers with two windows open and two people in front of me, the clerk told me they couldn’t help me without even asking what I was there for, and waved the person behind me up. After this happened twice finally another line opened up and I went to this new third counter. I was told that my confirmation email didn’t have a QR code and that the clerk couldn’t print the label, but if I wanted to enter all the information again on her computer AND PAY FOR IT AGAIN then she could print it. Also, sometimes my mail doesn’t get delivered. I paid almost $100 in late fees on a $25 bill because three separate notices weren’t delivered (but the final notice with all the fees sure was).

I don't really want to complain! But,I'm really angry and don't accept this attitude。I went to ship things there three times in the morning, and I was rejected three times! The reason is that two days late on my label, it said that day's label can only be sent and asked me to change the label again! I went to another post office three times and it was delivered , no problem at all. Do I have to send the label on the same day I bought it, and it will not be sent after two days? I heard many colleague who go to this store to ship things are all very bad attitudes towards the guests! this woman working the morning shift.

If she doesn't have ID with your address on it, you could try calling to speak to a supervisor, they may try to work something out for her to pick it up. Alternatively, you could ask for the hold to be extended - usually they'll do that if something happens.
Call the post office with your tracking number. They can track it and inform the carrier to retrieve and redeliver.

If he's unwilling to leave it where you live, you should just pick it up from the post office. But then that makes you have to go out of your way because the delivery man is to lazy to actual do his job. If you know his name I would tell them what happened. Hope it gets fixed.
Today is not a postal holiday, so mail should be delivered. If you are worried about receiving your mail, you can sign up for free for USPS Informed Delivery where you will have an email sent you you each day with a scan of the front of your mail.
If it was scheduled to be delivered and is out for delivery chances are it is still with the carrier which means that it is not at the post office the best attribute your call the Post Office and see if they have the package if you have the tracking number or just wait till tomorrow what if the car has a back hopefully he will have it delivered by the end of today
