The poorest customer service I have experienced. Bought two items: i) one rocking chair that was delivered in the wrong color, and; ii) a 7k sectional that was supposed to be delivered within 4 months, was delivered after seven months missing a very important foot for instability and with other two feet bended. Have been trying to receive feedback from customer service without any success. I do not recommend this store.

Terrible customer service. Went back and forth for over a year. We paid extra for extra firm. They swore it was... Turns out it wasn't after months of back and forth. Once they finally delivered new seat cushions they only delivered half of the cushions and basically talked around it. Not worth the price... Now I have a half firm sofa.

Had a great time shopping here, Heidi is awesome at her job. Looked for couches and tables and found a nice piece for our foyer. The best piece takes months to order so I was pretty sad about that because we really loved it. Supply chain difficulties can slow 🐌 your roll so don't fail to plan unless you want to plan to fail.

Their computers and phones have been down for 3 days.
We had no problem. Everyone had on masks and observed social distancing. Hand sanitizer was available. We were there about 2 hours and did not feel uneasy.
