I'd give 0 stars if I could. I first hired Sears to fix a broken ice maker in November. The first tech "repaired" the ice maker and charged me $388 which was paid. Several days go by and no ice. Sears comes back out and now there's another issue which will cost an additional several hundred dollars. Also, the part installed by the first tech is now broken as well. Eventually they agree to drop labor and "fix" the issue for another $200. We have ice for about two weeks before it breaks again. A third tech comes out and says the last tech installed a part wrong which was now broken. Luckily they fixed it now for free. After all this, I am now getting bills from a debt collector saying I owe Sears $388 for the first service which was paid. I've called and emailed Sears a copy of my banking statement and have received no response. So now I have to deal with debt collectors for something which is Sears' fault. At least I have ice. For now. Could not recommend less.

A horrible experience. I called to find out if I could get my Craftsman Snow blower tuned-up for the winter. An answering service answered the call while being put on hold for several minutes. The person had a heavy accent and was difficult to understand. The representative gave me the phone number of a completely different company to fix my machine. I hung up I tried the same number, given entirely different service options which did not include snow blowers. I hung up. A third try, different representative with same accent, told different options. Obviously stopped trying.
