We toured 7 buildings and Wendy is the nicest sales rep we met in the Newark/ Elkton area. What made us not choose Paramount was the lack of an actual fitness facility and lackluster view. It was a clean building but nothing really special. The front desk lady was polite, and Wendy made sure to answer all of our questions.

Very horrible management, they don’t care about their staff members nor do they care about the residents. Very rude and I wouldn’t recommend.

Beautiful clean building. Great location. Friendly staff. Wendy makes the move in process easy and seamless. She even checks in with us weekly and goes into check on my mom to make sure she’s happy. Can’t recommend this place enough.

This is not an independent living this is an assisted living. This means there are nurses and caretakers on the premises at all times. Nurses may not be there after 5:00 but there are med techs that will give meds to the patients if needed
