I've been renting a covered RV storage unit for 4 months starting in April 2022. Yes the gate was broken as others have indicated but they fixed it. With supply shortages and delivery times increased, if the repair vendor can't get the part that's that. The employees are friendly and helpful. Even with all that security walls, gates, and cameras my Catalytic converter was stolen in May or June, I was out of State those months. I reported it to management but don't know if that will change anything. I should think it would not be that costly to have a guard on a golf cart patrolling the yard at night.

BEWARE!!! They are under new management. This place has gone down hill. We arrived this morning at the gate to pick up our RV for a trip. The gate was open so anybody could go in. There was a sign that said the gate is broken. Our catalytic converter was stolen. We called the office three times and left messages every time. Nobody called back. They raised our rent 100%. I don't recommend this place to anyone. What do you get for 100% rent increase? No security, open gate, nobody to answer your phone calls and stolen catalytic converter.

Menifee Ranch Storage is a great, clean and safe place to store your things. My husband and I are repeat customers there and have had several storage units there for a lengthy amount of time and never had any issues. The staff Tracy and Darin are very helpful and have awesome customer service!!!

A medium size unit would probably be a 10x10 (or even a 10x15). Currenly I have 10x10's (inside hall) for $110 a month or (outside drive up) for $125 a month. 10x15 (inside hallway) = $150 a month, (outside drive up) = $160 a month. Rents are prorated to the 1st. There is a one time administration fee of $30. We loan you a disc lock, which comes with 3 keys and there is a $15 refundable key deposit.
Hi Julian. A 5 x 10 rents for $125 a month. There is a minimum protections plan of $10 a month. So, (un less you supply homeowners or renters insurance, the 5 x 10 will end up being $135 a month A 10 x 10 unit rents for $205 a month. Same thing regarding protection plan = $215. Now, we also have some in between those 2 sizes. We also offer a 7.5 x 10 for $160 a month ($170 with protection plan.) Its just a month to month rental contract, there is a one time $20 admin fee when you first sign up and you would be prorated to the 1st of the month. No we don't have a self wash at this time but there are several in the area we do have a dump station on site.
